So I guess a small apology is in order for not maintaining regular updates on my xanga.  In my defends, I was out of the country on a top secret mission for the CIA.  There I was on a narrow Peruvian street lined with so called “street venders”, but I wasn’t going to fall for the same trick twice…with the speed of a crazed Latvian mountain goat I fell upon the man nearest to my right.  To my utter bewilderment and disbelief, the man was prepared for my attack and countered with a swift blow to the back of my head.
As the fog lifted from my eyes and clarity returned to my mind, a strangely cold sensation enveloped my entire body.  My nose was numb to the touch and my cheeks ached of windburn.  The immense white glow faded as a forest of greens and the pale blue sky began to take the shape.  It was at this moment that the stiffness in my neck reminded me of the last moment before my failed attempt at a 180 on my snowboard had sent me tumbling down the slopes of the Colorado Rockies.  The warmth of the Peruvian sun faded quickly from my mind.
It’s amazing how much pain can be overlooked for a brief rush of adrenaline.  I thank God for his protection and provision in my life.

Oh no…not my precious eprops…please don’t take my social accolades away from me…what ever shall I do without them?  I know what I’ll do, the same thing I do every night…try to take over the world!

It seems to me that our perception of time is relative to the duration of those perceptions.  Those of you who have begged me to blog are only doing so because you perceive time to be moving slower than I perceive it to be.  Is it possible that my blogging habits are not too sparse…but rather yours are too common…littering this cluttered world with one more distraction from the emptiness that actual resides here?

P.S. Je ne choisis pas d’écrire parce que vous me dites d’écrire.  Je choisis d’écrire parce que mon âme veut écrire.

And so it has begun.  After months of coaxing me to join xanga, my friends have succeeded in turning me over to the dark side. I hope that those of you who participated in my coercion are shockingly disappointed by the sporadic nature of my blogging habits.
